NOTE FOR 2014-2015 REPLACEMENTS ONLY: The intake manifold, part # BC3Z-9424-A, used on 2014 and 2015 models has a runner control actuator (IMRC), aka intake manifold tuning valve (IMTV). Replacement Reman engines have a different (newer) manifold (HU3Z-9424-A) that eliminates the IMRC/IMTV. A DTC will be set when the IMRC/IMVT actuator is not connected but updating PCM software will ignore code.
